Important Instructions

• Starting from 01-04-2024, Registration can be done up to two weeks after declaration of 12th results. (Registration process will remain open after 15-04-2024)
• Applicant must have an active Email Id and Mobile Number
• Applicant can register only once, from the same email id.
• Applicant must have latest Photo and Signature with maximum size of 50 K.B.
• Applicant must have below documents with maximum size of 200 K.B. for complete application fill-up.

  • School Leaving Certificate
  • Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Differently Abled Certificate (If Applicable)
  • EWS Certificate (If Applicable)

મહત્વપૂર્ણ સૂચનાઓ

• 01-04-2024 થી લઈ ધોરણ 12નું પરિણામ જાહેર થયાના બે અઠવાડીયા સુધી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરી શકાશે. (હાલ 15-04-2024 પણ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટે પોર્ટલ ચાલુ જ રહેવાનુ છે.)
• અરજદાર પાસે સક્રિય ઇમેઇલ આઇડી અને મોબાઇલ નંબર હોવા જોઇએ.
• અરજદાર એક જ ઇમેઇલ આઇડી પરથી માત્ર એક જ વખત નોંધણી કરાવી શકે છે.
• અરજદાર પાસે 50 K.B. ના મહત્તમ કદ સાથે નવીનતમ ફોટો અને સહી હોવી આવશ્યક છે.
• સંપૂર્ણ અરજી ભરવા માટેઅરજદાર પાસે મહત્તમ 200 કે.બી.ની સાઇઝના દસ્તાવેજો હોવા જોઈએ

  • શાળા છોડવાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
  • જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર (જો લાગુ પડેતો)
  • નોન-ક્રીમી લેયર સર્ટિફિકેટ (જો લાગુ પડેતો)
  • દિવ્યાંગતા પ્રમાણપત (જો લાગુ પડેતો)
  • ઇડબલ્યુએસ પ્રમાણપત્ર (જો લાગુ પડેતો)
  • નિવાસ પ્રમાણપત્ર (જો લાગુ પડેતો)
